I had a great first experience with Heather, who came highly recommended by my chiropractor. From the start, she was attentive and really seemed to understand where my body needed the most work. I tried cupping for the first time, and it made a noticeable difference in loosening tight muscles and reducing tension especially in my shoulders , where I’ve been dealing with ongoing discomfort. What stood out most was how intuitive Heather was in finding and focusing on my problem areas without me having to explain much. She paid close attention to my soreness and adjusted the session accordingly, which made the whole experience feel personalized and effective. I left feeling relieved, more mobile, and definitely looking forward to my next visit.
