I received training at the Center for Massage and Natural health of Asheville NC! Learning from Robin Fann-Costanzo, owner of Stillpoint Wellness Center, was a truly enlightening experience that I enjoyed thoroughly and learned a lot from.

Hot Stone Massage

I acquired my knowledge of Hot Stone Massage during my time learning from five different skilled massage therpists at the Polk County ICC. This wonderful modality truly helps with melting the stress and tension away!

Swedish

Learning Swedish massage in school, I have since strived to be my best at this gentle form of relaxation and healing massage.

Deep Tissue

During my time in school for Massage Therapy, and while working for Dr. Calvillo, D.C., I learned the fundamentals and then gained great experience in working with deep tissue massage.

Russian Massage

During my time at the Polk County ICC, I learned from Jennifer Chason the amazing flow and sways that are the Russian Massage Techniques. I have utilized it in my massage ever since, with wonderful feedback from clients.
