I have been a volleyball coach for over 16 years. Coaching and mentoring female athletes ranging from kindergarten to college. I have been a Setting Coach for Bryan College, TN at preseason training.
I was a 2 sport collegiage athlete at Gordon College 1995-99, and received the Female Athlete of the Year Awrd in 1999.
I received the Servant-Leadership Award from Gordon College. 1999

June 2010, I was interviewed in a Spotlight article for an on-line massge magazine.
I have been a guest lecturer to PosssAbilities cycle clinics, Redlands WaterBottle Transit Company, Rancho Cucamonga cyclist club, Christian Busiiness Partners, and Kawanis Club for topics ranging from stretching, self-massage, and competition preparation and recovery.
