I am an independent massage therapist and have over 10 years of massage therapy experience. My approach to massage is based on each individual client. I try to make each session specific to the client and their own personal needs to enhance the massage experience and be able to help the client lead a more pain free life.


I am also a Registered Yoga Instructor and Health Coach so I have a broad range of knowledge to be able to assist you on your wellness journey.As a health coach I specialize in helping woman learn how to live healthier by showing them how to eat for their bodies to shed excess weight, lead a more energetic life and, above all, find their inner power!

Alyssa was very good. One of the best deep tissue I have ever had. I still feel the after effects days later. I'm a little sore but that's a good thing. She was very professional, on time and reasonably priced. I got the 90 minute and I had a great experience. I would highly recommend her.

Alyssa is an outstanding massage therapist. I have been to dozens over the years due to neck and back issues and she is by far the best. She is a strong communicator and will pick up on specific problem areas quickly and use multiple techniques to help the issues you are having.
