I began my career attending the Accelerated Associates Degree program at the Swedish Institute College of Health and Science in New York City in 2011. I transferred to continue my education at Cortiva Institute in Hoboken, NJ in 2012.
My primary goal is to help clients become relieved of their aches and pains. I am passionate about helping clients understand the importance of stretching and to consistently implementing stretching as a part of their daily routine in order to maximize wellness. My ultimate goal is to teach people how to become massage therapists and to retrain Licensed Massage Therapists on better body mechanics and self care. My bodywork techniques include Swedish, prenatal, sports, hot stone, basic reflexology, deep tissue, and trigger point massage; cupping and aroma therapy, CBD oils.
I welcome the opportunity to assist others on their paths to total body wellness and am working towards taking the national accredited test also known as
the MBLEX to become licensed in over 20+ states nationwide.

Nancy took the time to listen to where I needed additional work, she made sure to ask if the pressure was what I was expecting. She worked on a sore area and the following day that area was feeling about 90% better and the following day the soreness was completely gone.

Nancy asked if I had any areas I wanted to concentrate on and made sure she worked those areas. I felt sore on the way out but the next day those concern areas were feeling much less tight. I will be making this a monthly service.
