Nothing, I didn't mind waiting a few minutes as Deanna sanitized the restroom after I used it then scrubbed for a session.

I thought the 10 minute experience was a little "rough". Maybe she was rushing to try to fit in as many possible customers as possible. Also, the cream that was used was not what I was accustomed to, having had 11 previous CRYO facials with another tech. This cream was not as thick and silky and it actually had gritty bits in it.
