I have been a licensed massage therapist since Aug 2009 and love what I do. I was born and raised in  Elmhurst, NY. I lived in Jersey City for 8 years before deciding to purchase our first home in Flanders, NJ.

I have worked in the spa industry and medical field as well. Working with Chiropractors, Pain Management Doctors and Physical Therapists in rehabilitation centers have taught me many things that I now incorporate into my massages.

I started visiting Lotus Palm Therapy for certain physical problems I’ve been having, such as aches, pains , stiffness and overall discomfort. Since my sessions my physical discomfort have diminished significantly. But I also found that since visiting Lotus Palm Therapy I have also found my mental and emotional wellbeing has improved. I just met Maria for the first time. She is very intuitive and didn't simply "mirror" the massage from one side to the next. She customized it based on what she could feel required attention and performed an overall wonderful full body massage. The special touches like applying a heating pad to my feet and a rolled up hot towel under my neck were especially appreciated. Highly recommend!

Gloria is great. Very professional. I never had a massage before I came to her and now I am scheduled for the next 6 months. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a great massage experience.

A relaxing experience - well worth it.

Every appointment is a targeted muscle treatment therapy session. It is much more than a time to relax for one hour. Always feel physically rehabilitated afterwards. Highly recommend deep tissue.
