Holistic Bodywork, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and Trauma Touch Therapy™ . Focusing on the Mind/Body connection,  I incorporate Holistic Bodywork and healing into all of my sessions. 

I believe true healing starts from within. I am very passionate about sharing my gifts with the world. My work is composed of  assisting in the facilitation of healing emotional pain and trauma, as well as those in physical pain, which in many cases are related. My goal is to build trust with my clients by creating a safe space to allow for deep healing to take place. My presence helps put my clients at ease, with kind compassion and gentle spirit I help calm the mind and open the heart.  I appreciate my ability to connect with others in a way that makes them feel safe and secure. I bring a relaxing and intuitive touch to the table. With patience and persistence, I am able to ease and release the tension out of stressed muscles in a way that is beneficial yet very relaxing. I believe a healthy body starts with a healthy mind.  I feel it is important for healing to take place starting from the inside out.
