Juana received her BS Degree in Biology from Northern Arizona University in 1985. She then received her Massage Therapy training from the Desert Institute of the Healing Arts in Tucson, Arizona in 1990 (now known as Cortiva Institute School of Massage Therapy). She and her husband (and fellow massage therapist), Scott Nicholson, moved up here that same year to make Flagstaff their home.

Knows how to read the body- finding spots you didn't realize were in need of attention! Great reset for the mind and body. She also is good at explaining what is actually happening inside your body.

Juana was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the various muscles in my neck and back. She explained what she was doing and I felt completely comfortable the entire time. She even provided me with multiple techniques to practice at home for continued improvement. HIGHLY recommend!!
