After working in various areas of healthcare for most of my adult life, I realized I wanted a more active role in caring for others. I received a massage one weekend and afterwards thought I would be interested in learning massage as a career.  After over a year of searching for the right school to attend, I found Better Bodies Massage Institute in Opelika, AL.  Once I started the program I knew I had found what I was meant to do with my life. Now that I have completed the program and obtained my license, I am thrilled to work alongside the other talented therapists at Better Bodies Massage Clinic.

I offer various services including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and integrative massage as well as cupping therapy.  My goal with each client is to target their individual areas of concern and specialize the treatment according to each client's needs.

Tracie is just an all around great person. I came in with extreme pain from muscle spams from my neck, back and shoulders. Tracie was empathetic, she understood my pain and was very attentive to me. She is very knowledgeable about cupping and has miracle hands.

My experience was a very positive one. Tracie was both skillful and sensitive in addressing my needs. I arrived with tension and tighteness in my neck, upper back and shoulders. Tracie went deep to loosen the muscles. Yet she inquired about the intensity and its impact upon me throughout the session. It was never too much. And I left feeling so much relief.
