Lacouir listened patiently to my back-breaking backstory and tailored the sports massage extremely well to try to address my constant tight and sore spots. He definitely helped my shorter-term issues from sports and some manual labor, and I think it did more for my chronic pain than anything else I've tried. He also gave some good stretching and posture advice to top it off!
