I am working with Lacouir on some hip and knee pain. He has been able to identify the overlying issue (tight hip). His bodywork continues to reduce my overall pain levels! He is very thoughtful of my pain levels during the session and ensures I am comfortable with the pressure. He also provides advice and comments for my time in-between sessions.

Lacouir knows his stuff. He makes exercise like "child's play"....so you just want to keep going. He knows so much about what goes on in the body and takes the time to explain, as well as correct your form before you develop bad habits.

I appreciate that he doesn't massage me the same each time. He talks with me first but as the massage is happening he feels areas in my muscles that need more work than others. It's a personally designed massage treatment each time which makes me know I'm getting my money's worth

Lacouir has a great talent at massage. He hit all the right spots and continuously asked if the pressure was okay. He listened to my comments about areas of concern, and focused on those areas. He was also kind and compassionate. I will be back!
