Saw Mary Ellen yesterday for the first time. Have lots of weakness and tightness around my lower back and gluteus muscles. She was careful, but not to the point that she was afraid to work the areas with the appropriate amount of pressure. I felt worlds lighter and more mobile afterwards. I plan to return for sure.
