Excellent experience. Eric asked questions and focused on the areas I had the most problems with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Answered my questions, offered advice on stretching tight areas. Comfortable and easy to talk to. Encouraged me to drink more water and be more active doing things I enjoy. Left feeling relaxed and motivated. I've had less pain and slept better. Thank you, Eric!

Eric gives a great massage and always works the trigger points, kinks and tightness out of my neck and shoulders. It’s a great experience customized to what’s bothering me that day. I plan on booking a massage with him monthly. Highly recommended.
