After, over 10 years in the traditional healthcare setting, Krista realized she wanted to follow her passion of natural wellness and began her journey to massage.  Growing up in a family that played in energy work and metaphysics, Krista became Healing Touch level 1 certified in 2004, with her mother.  In 2012, she received her certificate as a Holistic Health Practitioner from Red Rocks Community College and that led her to massage school.  Graduating from Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2013 with 900 hr certification in massage therapy and becoming a registered massage therapist in the state of Colorado.  During massage school, Krista found her passion for CranioSacral Therapy(CST) and is currently studying with the Upledger Institute to continue her training in varying CST classes.  So far, Krista has taken; CranioSacral  Therapy 1 & 2, SomatoEmotional Release (SER) 1 & 2, Unwinding the Meridians: Applying Acupuncture principles to CST and will be taking the Brain Speaks class shortly.  Krista, has also taken Matrix Energetic's seminars.  

In addition to Massage and CST, Krista also has a passion for nutrition and health, aromatherapy, herbs, yoga, exercise, nature and continuing to learn about the body.

I am SO happy to have found Krista! My previous massage therapist (of 10 years) had moved and I was struggling to find someone I liked as well. Krista is VERY good at what she does. Her ability to customize and meet my specific needs was amazingand just such a relief! Happy to have found a new massage "home".
