Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork
Over the years I have made continuing education a priority. I always look for more ways to help you feel better. My studies have taken me from Atlanta to San Francisco, Denver, Phoenix, and Albuquerque, and from Greece to England and Switzerland. I have had training in hot stones, Thai massage, breast care and mastectomy massage, medical cupping, craniosacral, Rossiter coaching and more. Rather than list the dozens of classes I have taken, let's just meet and make a plan just for you while I search for the tools in my toolbox that can help you the most!
Yoga is something everyone can do--if you can sit in a chair and breathe! I have trained in Hawaii, Peru, Spain, and around the eastern states. I went to Florida for Dynamic Gentle Yoga Teacher training and now all my classes are geared toward feeling instead of thinking, which means not having goals but just enjoying the experience and the journey.
I have taken quite a few Reiki courses over the years including Usui Levels 1 and 2, Rainbow Reiki, and then was so thrilled to go to Glastonbury, England, and complete my Master level with William Lee Rand. The profound relaxation that Reiki brings allows the body to relax so that healing can occur on a deeper level.
