I have a personal relationship with most of my clients, I am a Christian, so I try to incorporate that within my practice. I love my job and I believe my clients can feel that with each massage that they get from me.
I specialize in deep tissue, trigger points, headache release, cupping massage, rain drop therapy and much more. I am a also a Certified Health Coach. It's rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As an Integrative Nutrition* Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.

All her different modalities she offered (bamboo, CBD oil, hot stones, cold & hot pads, cupping) & her bed is the best, you melt into it and it's on hydraulics. She lifts you up at the waist after flipping on your back. It feels amazing. Also her hand and foot massages are great!
