I have always wanted to help people, since I was a little girl.  This desire first lead to me becoming an occupational therapist, which I have been for nearly 20 years now.  Now, it has prompted me to become a licensed massage therapist.  I want to help my clients meet their goal of having a massage.  Whether it be to relax or find relief from a painful muscle, I am ready to assist you!

The pressure Jen used was just right for me (deep) and she applied heat to areas that were very therapeutic.
