Welcome and thank you for your interest!
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Natural Health Educator. I have been in study between both of these certifications for three years and I am still continuing my education in the natural health field to become a Naturopathic Dr. I have practiced meditation and different breathing techniques for 7 years for myself and will soon pursue an education in it so I can teach others.
