I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Natural Health Educator. I have been in study between both of these certifications for three years and I am still continuing my education in the natural health field to become a Naturopathic Dr. I have practiced meditation and different breathing techniques for 7 years for myself and will soon pursue an education in it so I can teach others. I feel she was quite knowledgeable in the technique I needed, Lymph Drainage Massage. She also gave me many other suggestions , herbal, homeopathic, essential oils, self massage, and mobility exercises, as well as some follow up exercises to do at home to aid my healing process.
She has a fantastic smile & uplifting energy too 🥰🙏☮️
