I specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Massage. While in the program, I was introduced to stretching, Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, hot stones, Esalen, Energy work, Trager, Hydrotherapy, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Rolfing (the work of Ida P. Rolf), Craniosacral, Watsu (water therapy), comfort touch (Geriatrics) and Aromatherapy. Out of all of these techniques I feel most comfortable practicing stretching, Myofascial Release, Esalen, Trager, comfort touch, Neuromuscular Therapy and Aromatherapy.
