When I was 19 years old I discovered reiki and I thoroughly enjoyed healing people from a spiritual aspect. Recently accredited Usui Holy Fire reiki master/teacher, I try to also use not only my knowledge of the muscles but also my intuition to help me provide not only ultimate relaxation but pain relief as well.
I specialize in deep tissue, cupping and sports massage to help those overstressed muscles get to a healthy, flexible state.

I feel that Nicole does a very good job getting the muscles to relax before working out some of the tighter areas, so it is not painful, and I feel she does a good job of gaging her time so she is not spending her entire time on one area. This ensures the relief is evenly spread out.

Nicole was absolutely amazing! She showed true professionalism when I had to reschedule, & actually listened to my concerns/needs with my back/shoulder/neck pain. I felt so much relief afterwards and immediately booked another appointment!
