Certified in Pregnancy Masage, TMJ release, Thai Yoga massage, Cupping, Reiki Master, singing bowl sound bath, hot stones I am no longer contracting with Insurance companies but can give you a SuperBill receipt to submit for out of network coverage reimbursement Office Suite is within the Three Trees Yoga Healing Arts building Contact me directly via text or email to book a 90 min, 75 min or Zoom Private yoga and meditation sessions due to ability to flex my standard office hours availability to accommodate yours. Book studio yoga classes through MINDBODY app or @ www.threetreesyoga.com my regular classes are Sundays 12pm Beginner, 1:30 restorative sound bath, 3pm Family Yoga. Thursday 9:30 Mixed Level, 6 pm Sun Salutations.

Katie is the real deal. Communicated well, listened closely to my needs and wants, created a relaxed environment, and provided one of the best massages I've ever had. Nice extra touches, too, like warmed pads to place over areas she's just treated. Upon leaving my first appointment, I immediately booked two more.
