I have been studying natural health and wellness since 1996. I began by studying healthy diet and herbs. I went on to study herbalism with Corey-Pine Shane and the Blue Ridge School of Herbal Medicine, Asheville NC, part time between 1998 and 2004. I love Chinese Medicine and energy work, which brought me to study and apprentice part time under Genie Hardee and the Asheville School of the Healing Arts, Asheville NC, between 1998 and 2004. From there I went on to attend and graduate with my LMT from The Center for Massage and Natural Health, Asheville NC, in 2004. I have been a LMT since 2005 and have held licensure in NC & TN 2005-2009 and currently in WV 2006-current.

I integrate various modalities of bodywork to create a customized experience for each individual client. Modalities include: Swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu, craniosacral, medical qi gong, acupressure, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and prenatal. No job is too big or too small. I'm happy to help with all of your body's needs. And if your needs are beyond my training, I will gladly to refer you to other professionals who are better qualified to assist you in your wellness goals. I am currently practicing in the New River Gorge Area/Fayetteville/Oak Hill and Snowshoe areas of WV.

When I am not helping my clients, I enjoy time with my family, dogs and gardens. I also love: snowboarding, hiking, stand up paddle boarding, and other water sports and outdoor activities.

Thank you Heather! My husband and I felt really fortunate to be able to book appointments with Heather while on vacation in Fayetteville. The massages were wonderful and much needed after several days of rafting and hiking. Heather is highly recommended and I encourage any and everyone to book early... in a town of hiking, rafting and all things physical, she fills up fast.

The Fayette County Studio was a great location for me, since I was already staying on the grounds. Heather was very pleasant upon arrival. All of my problem areas were addressed. I had a 60 minute massage, which was very relaxing. Can't wait to schedule my next visit.

Her hands should be insured since they told me she knew which muscles to respond to.
