Certified Neuromuscular Therapist I work with several clients with whiplash and severe spinal cord injuries. This is my preferred modality to speed healing with this population.

Sports Massage

Certification in Sports Massage I have performed Pre/Post event massages at many athletic events. I've worked on professional athletes as well as weekend warriors.

Swedish

Certified in Swedish Good Swedish technique is incorporated into almost every other modality. I'm very well grounded in this technique and enjoy it's ability to speed relaxation either before or after deep tissue work. It's a great stand alone technique for those in need of relaxation.

Pregnancy

Certified in Prenatal Massage I've been so privileged to take this journey with so many women. From second trimester through postpartum I take great care to make sure mommy and baby are always well cared for and protected.

Nutrition

Certified Natural Health Professional

As a Certified Natural Health Professional I am able to include multiple modalities into helping you be all you can be. Including nutrition and Bach Flower remedies.

Certified Wellness Coach

This certification helps me to identify areas in which we may need to bring in outside support. I have a team of alternative care professionals that I work with to make sure you receive the best care possible.

I love how cozy the room is and I love the heated table. Kit knows her stuff. At the beginning of a session, she asks me what I would like her to concentrate on. It seems you can focus on one or two specific areas or do a whole body session. I like that you can tailor each session to your particular needs at that time. She remembers details and stories about you, and it shows that she cares about her clients and people. I like that there is no front desk and you can just walk in. There is plenty of parking, without a lot of traffic. It's definitely a good vibe.

I like getting the "AromaTouch Therapy" message as a special treat. Kit puts different essential oils on the spine and some on the feet. I feel like it helps my body deeply relax. I like doing this treatment for 30 minutes if I'm looking to squeeze in a treat or on a budget at the time.
