Since graduating from CT Center for Massage Therapy in Newington in 2010, I have witnessed the many wonderful effects of massage therapy in one’s life, through my clients and even through my own personal experiences. Some of these effects include pain reduction, improved flexibility and improved posture, to name a few.

Sometimes it can take a variety of different modalities to correct a pain issue or muscle imbalance. Those can include Massage Therapy, energy work, sports medicine, chiropractic, acupuncture, yoga, meditation, stretching.



In my Massage practice, I employ deep tissue techniques, Swedish, sports, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, static and active stretching, orthopedic assessments, myofascial work, scar tissue work.

First time seeing Terri. She is very easy to talk to, attentive & professional. After reading the reviews online, I scheduled an appointment. She is amazing & was able to work all of the tension & tightness out of my neck and shoulders. Definately recommend her if you are looking for a good massage.

Terri is Terrific. She is the Total package. She has a variety of sa oils and you get to pick your favorite one to use in your session. I like that atmosphere of status low lights and sounds. The bed is comfortable and heater. Terri is easy to talk to and can adjust pressure as needed. Tell everyone to go see Terrific Terri.
