Since graduating from CT Center for Massage Therapy in Newington in 2010, I have witnessed the many wonderful effects of massage therapy in one’s life, through my clients and even through my own personal experiences. Some of these effects include pain reduction, improved flexibility and improved posture, to name a few.

Sometimes it can take a variety of different modalities to correct a pain issue or muscle imbalance. Those can include Massage Therapy, energy work, sports medicine, chiropractic, acupuncture, yoga, meditation, stretching.



In my Massage practice, I employ deep tissue techniques, Swedish, sports, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, static and active stretching, orthopedic assessments, myofascial work, scar tissue work.

This was my second massage with Terri and it was a fantastic experience. She always takes the time to ask whether I’d prefer her to focus on working out knots or simply enjoy a more relaxing session- a thoughtful touch I’ve never experienced with other therapists. She obviously is knowledgable in her practice and I inherently trust her- the most important quality in a massage therapist!

First time seeing Terri. She is very easy to talk to, attentive & professional. After reading the reviews online, I scheduled an appointment. She is amazing & was able to work all of the tension & tightness out of my neck and shoulders. Definately recommend her if you are looking for a good massage.
