The difference between seeing dreams come true or not: one more try!
After a successful career in social work, I realized it was time for a change. I had a personal interest in health, fitness, and wellness and combined that with my passion for helping people into a career in Massage Therapy. It has been an awesome transition for me to become a facilitator of healing!

I booked a 60-minute reflexology session with Paul, my first one ever, and it was absolutely relaxing and restorative. I felt relaxed and comfortable enough that I even fell asleep briefly, which rarely happens to me as it can be difficult for me to really let go and feel safe.
The new studio space is very nice and the new floor covering felt like I was being treated as royalty. Looking forward to more!

Paul is a consummate professional with perfect skills, delivering a massage that combines the deep tissue work I require for problem areas, and a more measured therapeutic touch which allows me to relax. I think I may have actually fallen asleep on the table for a bit.
