I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 13 years working in the chiropractic field. I am trained in Myofascial Release, Orthopedic, Pregnancy, Deep Tissue Trigger point, Himalayan Salt Stone and recently received my Medical Massage Practioner certification. I take great pride in my work, doing an in-depth consultation, and asking questions to help me better understand what you need. Not only focusing on relaxation and destressing, but helping treat the body in the areas causing discomfort.

This was one of the best deep tissue massages that I have received. I even fell asleep twice! Mindy listened to my concerns and targeted my areas of pain. I walked in feeling like I had cement on my shoulders and walked out wanting to do cartwheels!
