My name is Matthew Ikonen, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist.  (ABMP Member)

My primary modalities include Deep Tissue Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, and MyoFascial Release.  Most of my focus and personal study has been on neck and shoulder dysfunction, along with migraine relief, however with years of experience and some awesome teachers I have become proficient in the treatment of many different conditions. I have also had the opportunity to study with a wide variety of honored teachers in fields such as Herbalism, Plant Based Wellness/Nutrition, Spiritual Anatomy, and the transformative healing power of the Bardic Arts.
