Ever since I was a little girl, I was fascinated by the human body. As a Board Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist, I have become increasingly aware that much of the dysfunction and disease that women in particular suffer today can benefit from regular massage therapy.

Since graduating from Irene's Myomassology Institute in 2004, it has been an honor and privilege for me to use massage therapy  to help support the wonderful women in our community.

As a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist, Birth Doula, and Childbirth Educator, it is a special blessing for me to work with pregnant women and their partners as they prepare to welcome a new baby into their lives.

I received basic prenatal and labor massage during my time at Irene's. Upon graduation in 2004, I enrolled in the program through the Institute of Somatic Therapy and achieved my goal of becoming certified in prenatal massage in 2005.

Birth Doula & Certified Childbirth Educator

I was certified as a CMD, Certified Massage Doula, through the Massage Doula Network from 2006-2016, achieved a secondary certification as a CBD (CBI) -(Certified Labor/Birth Doula through Childbirth International) in 2015, and have been honored to be present for the births of over 80 babies (and counting). In 2012, I earned my certification as a CBE (Childbirth Educator) through Childbirth International and enjoy teaching private birth classes to women and their partners as they prepare for the day their babies are born.

Exie is great at making sure her clients get exactly what they want out of a massage, asking about pressure and your wants/needs out of the session. I felt extremely relaxed afterward and will definitely be going back!
