By receiving massage therapy regularly, we can combat the daily stresses of life and become better wives, mothers, and people.

Ever since I was a little girl, I was fascinated by the human body. As a Board Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist, I have become increasingly aware that much of the dysfunction and disease that women in particular suffer today can benefit from regular massage therapy.

More and more studies are showing that receiving massage therapy can be a key in managing chronic pain, help combat depression, improve immunity, and result in greater productivity at work and at home.

More and more studies are showing that receiving massage therapy can be a key in managing chronic pain, help combat depression, improve immunity, and result in greater productivity at work and at home.

Since graduating from Irene's Myomassology Institute in 2004, it has been an honor and privilege for me to use massage therapy  to help support the wonderful women in our community.

As a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist, Birth Doula, and Childbirth Educator, it is a special blessing for me to work with pregnant women and their partners as they prepare to welcome a new baby into their lives.

Thanks for accomodating me even though I was late. And sorry my mind misunderstood the time. The massage did help my hip flexors. I was able to pick my legs up with very little pain. And my glutes felt also good.

I liked how layed back the whole atmosphere was. Exie was very down to earth and really helped me and my husband get informed on all the important information we needed to know about labor/birth/techniques to cope wth pain/ medical interventions/ and so much more. Many handouts were given so we can look back on the information we learned as well. She helps you keep an open and positive mindset about the whole birth experience. I would highly recommend this class!
