By receiving massage therapy regularly, we can combat the daily stresses of life and become better wives, mothers, and people.

Ever since I was a little girl, I was fascinated by the human body. As a Board Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist, I have become increasingly aware that much of the dysfunction and disease that women in particular suffer today can benefit from regular massage therapy.

More and more studies are showing that receiving massage therapy can be a key in managing chronic pain, help combat depression, improve immunity, and result in greater productivity at work and at home.

More and more studies are showing that receiving massage therapy can be a key in managing chronic pain, help combat depression, improve immunity, and result in greater productivity at work and at home.

Since graduating from Irene's Myomassology Institute in 2004, it has been an honor and privilege for me to use massage therapy  to help support the wonderful women in our community.

As a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist, Birth Doula, and Childbirth Educator, it is a special blessing for me to work with pregnant women and their partners as they prepare to welcome a new baby into their lives.

I always enjoy my massages with Exie and walk away feeling relaxed and refreshed. She is very good at what she does and the environment is comfortable.

Exie was amazing! It was my first massage ever and she made everything so comfortable and easy to understand.

Exie understands the difference between a soft tissue massage and one that is a little too hard, for lack of a better word, for my condition. I'll never be able to thank her enough for helping me with my pain.

Very accommodating to new moms. Great pressure and technique applied for a nursing mom.

My massage was amazing. The positioning was perfect, and Exie was so accommodating. It is very apparent that she is comfortable working with pregnant women. I didn’t want it to end!

Exie is an amazing massage therapist. I am recovering from an injury and she did a great job working around my injury and making sure I was comfortable.

I was introduced to Exie through a gift from friends. I have always loved a good massage, and tried to make a habit of going at least every 8 weeks. I have never had anyone understand my ailments like Exie. I even did physical therapy for 6 weeks in the past for my piriformis syndrome and I didn’t get as much relief as I do from one massage at Tranquil Touch with Exie. She is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I do try to go every 8 weeks and wish I could go everyday. Worth every single penny.
