I really appreciate how Stephanie reads my body and energy. My body now feels heard, healing from years of trauma verbally through therapy and now physically has been life changing. I was there for almost an hour and we talked a lot while she massaged me. The conversation was healing, emotional and insightful. The craziest thing is that the day after my visit, I had an epiphany. I suddenly realized the root cause of majority of my symptoms and for the first time in my life, I felt like I wasn’t crazy. I think that the realization had a lot to do with my appointment with Stephanie. She truly has an extraordinary gift. She is very intuitive and her knowledge of where a knot begins in the body is extensive.

She seems to know just by looking at me that my shoulders are tense or my hips are twisted. And certainly, once she starts the massage, she's even more in tune with where the trouble spots are and how to fix them.

I walked in there not being able to walk straight or stand straight because of my back lower back issue and Stephanie took care of that really well and I couldn't turn my head completely to the right and she eliminated that also where I could turn my head back as far as I could which was great I will be going back most positively and I thank her very much for helping me out
