She also saw how her experiences could uplift and help others around her. Sandy, started working in an all women's gym and taught her first class in 1999. She helped women who had never exercised in there lives, do a Ball training class that encouraged simple movement to obtain flexibility in day-to- day routines.
All the while, she returned to Suffolk University, to complete her bachelors in business administration with a concentration in accounting. She realized her passion lied within the wellness field and with assist of Mass Rehab, Sandy became a reflexologist, certified in reiki and essential oils.
She moved forward after losing 89 lbs, to get her Personal training certification, Zumba, Cycle, group X. In 2013, she became licensed in Massage Therapy, and 2015, Aesthetics as well.
she sees and knows so much from personal life experiences and teachings just how important feeling good in your own skin is.
