I have been practicing massage and bodywork for over 15 years.  I constantly challenge myself to keep learning actively and offer holistic wellness that includes a variety of massage techniques and functional nutrition support tailored to each individual's needs.  From injuries and rehab to active, healthy living. 

Busy at work, things to do at home, tired and sore, sleep 8 hours, wake up all keyed up with that nagging pain that won’t go away, eat a great diet.  That’s what I hear again and again.

I am your re-set button. I work with your body to get you feeling like you should again.

Esi is a true healer. I am an Empath. So very attuned to energy and I could feel right away, from her energy and her touch that I was in the safest of hands. She is a consummate professional. Extremely thorough intake and always checking in with me throughout the service. I was deeply stressed in mind and body when I walked in, and I walked out the most relaxed I had been in years. My nervous system was on high alert and I was carrying a lot in my body showing up as discomfort and some pain. While I am still healing things in my body, I can honestly say that she unblocked a lot of dis-ease happening within me. If I hadn’t moved back to Los Angeles, I would be seeing her on the regular. I will definitely book when I visit the DC area again. I highly recommend Esi for any of your massage needs.

During therapy, she has completely tuned in on what she’s doing. Her touch is following the needs throughout the body. I believe with her patience and belief in her clients she helps you to relax and lead you to a better mindset. Esi is a truly unique massage therapist who approaches the body from a variety of modalities that could only come with years of perfecting her craft. She truly cares about and understands the physical and energetic processes within the body, which shows in her precision and technique.
