I have been practicing massage therapy since 2015 and esthetics since 2018. I received my education in massage therapy from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage and my education in esthetics from Continental School of Beauty.

I also attend various continuing education classes both in person and online to further my experience and add new and beneficial techniques to my practice.

Range of motion and stretching techniques are a large incorporation into my sessions. As well as educating patients on self-care techniques they can do in between sessions to further meet their goals.

Took the information I gave about what hurt and was able to address every park from where was actively janky to figuring out where it started. Very comfy atmosphere and enjoyed the lofi music.
