In the past few years, I have become very interested in health and fitness. Proper nutrition, exercise, and holistic health have personally helped me feel better not only physically; but mentally and emotionally as well. 

My motivation for becoming a massage therapist is to offer people additional options for their health and wellness. Preventative health is often overlooked and there are several alternatives to conventional medicine. I want to help others with pain management, relaxation, & rejuvenation while remaining physically active in my own life. 

I have training in several modalities which include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone Therapy. I also have certification in Reflexology and Reiki. It is my goal to continue to learn and grow as a therapist to better serve my clients.
