I have always loved taking care of people, pampering my family when I was younger, loving on the older people of my church etc. So one day as I was searching the yellow pages for something. I opened it and the first thing I saw was "Start training for your massage therapy career now."
Something hit hard here. That is what I had been searching for all along. A profession where I could take care of people, provide them pain relief, emotional release and be a positive outlet for someone.
I love the path I am on now. It is gratifying, it is rewarding, it is healing, it is what I've been doing my whole life, now it is my career and I could not be happier.
