Work History:

        Sally has worked as a Massage Therapist in numerous venues including spas, athletic clubs and medical facilities since 1998. In that same year, she began teaching Pilates and Yoga. Sally recently completed 200-Hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training

and is a Registered Yoga Teacher. In addition, Sally is pursing her Professional Licensed Counselor status.

        My professional work incorporates counseling, life coaching, massage therapy and yoga in an all-encompassing approach to health and wellness. I want to assist and guide

others to create a healthy, balanced, joyous life for themselves.

Sally was born and raised in Slidell, LA. Her family spent many summers and holidays

in the Eastern Shore and Florida panhandle area. So, after 17 years living in Atlanta she

returned “home” to beautiful Fairhope where her father, brother and close friends also live. Sally loves to travel, dance, swim, cook and learn; new adventures are definitely highlighted in her life.
