In my practice the focus is on the individual health and wellness of the client. My goal is to create a space for my clients where they are able to relax, renew, and refresh their mind, body, and spirit. I truly enjoy helping my clients achieve the maximum benefits of each massage by carefully tailoring each session to their individual needs. I have training in many modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and oncology massage.
