Heather Boris is a newly Licensed Massage Therapist serving the DC area to include parts of VA & MD. This Cali born, Cleveland raised, DC transplant has a passion for helping people. Her massage styles range from stress reduction relaxation massage to couple’s massage, to sports massage and recovery. Heather’s mission is to facilitate and encourage individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. A strong advocate in the irrefutable connection between body/mind, Heather believes massage therapy aids in relieving physical as well as emotional stress, and strongly believes in using massage as a solid modality for enriching overall health and well-being.

A strong believer in clients being active participants in their healing process, Heather encourages her clients to bring balance and harmony to their life through massage therapy, behavioral changes, and lifestyle changes. Each massage performed is specifically tailored to each client to meet their needs for that specific session. Her tranquil approach offers an extra layer of relaxation into your busy life.

Heather is the owner and founder of “A Holistic Approach”, a newly established wellness based business currently offering Massage Therapy services; more services coming soon. She has partnered with fellow classmate and Licensed Massage Therapist, Ed Graves, to become part of his Living Fit Industries family.

A recent graduate of the American Massage & Bodywork Institute in Vienna, VA; Heather has successfully completed their rigorous 700hrs Massage Therapy curriculum. She has massaged 100+ bodies since joining the Massage Therapy program in October 2017. Heather is also a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
