I have a passion for helping people heal. I fell in love with massage when I was a junior high wrestler. I knew that massage had huge benefits before I ever took a massage class. I began working towards my certification and license as a massage therapist in November 2013. I graduated from Integrations Thai Massage 350 hour program in Fairbanks Alaska, November 2014, directly followed by becoming a city licensed massage therapist. I became a state licensed massage therapist November 2015. I worked for Life Sprout Chiropractic, from February 2015 thru April 2016, where I spent over 300 hours practicing integrated thai massage, deep tissue, prenatal, table, and myofascial release techniques.
I opened Mindful Movements Bodywork officially September 2016. I love being my own boss, and get the great honor of having extra free time and flexibility to raise my daughter. :)
