I love My Life! Massage Therapy is a big part of this life-loving adventure I'm on, for the many diverse and positive ways it enriches my days with, especially the neat people I meet through this profession. Everyone is unique and fascinating, and I am honored to be a part of their journeys.
The type of massage I give continues to evolve from the influence of each session I am a part of, a combination of my experiences both receiving and giving massages. The root of my modality comes from training in Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Shiatsu Massage along with Trigger Point Therapy. I use Young Living Essential Oils in my sessions and offer the YL Rain Drop Therapy Technique.
I graduated in 2002 from The School of Integrating Shiatsu in Fairbanks, AK, and since then, have worked in various centers, spas, and chiropractic offices.  I am beyond pleased and forever grateful to be a part of this unique community and the brilliant people who complete it.  
I also work out of Tanana Sun Chiropractic Center and as a Class Instructor at Alaska Krav Maga and Fitness.
