Earlier in life I started by playing outside in nature, hiking, climbing, sailing, ski patrolling, and firefighting, (wildland) and living as a fire lookout. Now through Rolfing I am exploring inside nature, he human body, how we move and what are the impediments to finding ease in our structure in gravity.
