I grew up in North Staffordshire, England and completed my Reflexology Practitioners Course at the Phyllis Southam School of Reflexology in 1996, just before moving to AK. I have completed Advanced Reflexology Training and continue to expand my Reflexology skills during visits to the UK. In 2010 I trained in Massage Therapy and Oncology Massage and passed the National MBLEX exam. I have since trained in "Bodywork for the Childbearing Year" with Kate Jordan, Mat and Thai massage, advanced Deep Tissue, Positional Release and added a series of Advanced Trainings in Myofascial Release to my skills set. In the last 10 years I have mostly worked at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, Denali Center and also at Vitality Center for Conscious Living.
