I've always been compelled to help others. Early on in my career I directed my energies toward helping the environment. Working as a fish and wildlife biologist was rewarding and kept my interest. Now I have shifted gears and find great reward in helping people reach their full physical potential. I firmly believe that massage therapy is one of the best healing agents. I specialize in sports, deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, and accupressure massage.
Personally, I have always a great interest in sports and have been active my whole life. Currently my focus is in tennis and cross-training workouts. Soccer has also been one of my favorites and I am equally happy playing indoor compared to outdoor. I work part time as a tennis instructor/coach and fitness instructor as well.
I have scores of outside interests and hobbies. Being a former biologist, my passion for the outdoors is still strong. I enjoy hiking, backpacking, cycling, tennis, soccer, and fishing. Cross-training with weights takes up my time as well. Included in all of this are my wife and five children. As you can see I keep busy, but still look forward to listening to your needs and helping you achieve your wellness goals.My business is located within a chiropractor's office in Fair Oaks.
I work independently, however, I frequently offer pain relief and relaxation to his clients as well. I sincerely believe that chiropractic care and massage therapy work in tandem when the goal is regaining proper balance in a person's life. Appointments can be made through myself and also through the chiropractor's receptionist, Regina. We are located in an office building on the corner of Hazel Avenue and Winding Way in Fair Oaks. The building has a big sign that reads: Upper Cervical Chiropractic. The chiropractor that I work with is Dr. Brett Gottlieb. I highly endorse his services as he treats my myself and my family. He has successfully treated me for vertigo and my wife for temporo mandibular joint syndrome (tmj).
