Modalities include: Myofasical Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, Lomi Lomi Massage, Thai Massage. I have been practicing Therapeutic Massage Therapy since 2002, and also have a BA in Interpersonal Communication from CSUS, Sacramento (Class of 2009).

I have attended many fine schools in Northern CA, and am currently taking continuing education at the Massage Therapy Institute in Davis, CA.

I have had excellent professional massage therapy for many years. But, my first visit with Lisa brought me range of motion in my shoulders that I have not had in years. No...it's not comfortable in the moment but dealing with years of accumulated tightness takes heart and skill and Lisa has both.
