I'm all about releasing pain. Excessively restricted, tight muscles cause pain, and I don't believe that you have to suffer excruciating pain to get tension and pain relief in a massage; especially because you are there to feel better and be relaxed. My style of massage is not the norm. I am a DEEP TISSUE therapist, but I do Muscle Decompression and Pain Release using my own developed system.
I have worked with Chiropractors, and currently with MD's that are Pain Specialists in their field; and they have found my system and technique to be very effective for their patients. If you have moderate to severe pain or tension problems and/or injuries; or are an athlete with very large, very hard,  or very resistant, inflexible muscle; my technique will be very effective for you.
I also am experienced and certified in prenatal massage, and women that have experienced my touch during pregnancy have stated that they felt better because they felt like they actually had a massage. I can release TMJ, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis problems, Carpal Tunnel, Frozen Shoulder, Headaches, Neck aches, the back, and the entire body.
I like to educate my clients about what is causing their pain and what they can do to take back control and manage it better. I do a free evaluation to find the imbalances that are causing or exacerbating your pain problems. My goal is to release the over-contraction in your body that is causing the tension and pain problems with the least amount of discomfort possible. I will make your muscles like pudding, which means they will be very loose, and give you ultimate relaxation for a long time.
