Shirley’s passion for helping others and her interest in natural wellness brought her to study massage therapy at Tarrant County College. In 2017 she became a licensed massage therapist. Since her graduation Shirley has continued her education thru national seminars for continuing education and apprenticeships. Her 5 years of training in Crossfit and her experience as a mother of 2 kids led Shirley to specialize in Therapeutic Kinesiology, Swedish & Sports Massage. Shirley’s favorite part of the work she does is being able to work on clients from their 20s, dealing with sports injuries, to clients in their 90s in post op or experiencing chronic headaches or pain.
