Chair Massage

Need a quick tension relief? Chair massage is a great way to relax and de-stress when you don't have much time.

Deep Tissue

Most of the massage I do is Deep Tissue, I am very comfortable working into tense muscles and helping them to release.

Lomi Lomi

Lomi massage is given in fluid, rhythmic motions using the forearms and hands. It has been described as feeling like gentle waves moving over the body.

Hot Stone Massage

The warmth of the stones softens the muscle and allows me to work on a much deeper level if desired. This heat accelerates blood and lymph movement, increased circulation and released toxins from the body. The heat of the stones and a grounding and healing effect and promotes a blissful state of relaxation

Swedish

If simple relaxation is what your looking for Swedish is an excellent way to attain that. I use a series of massage techniques and strokes to promote stress release and overall wellbeing.

Lymphatic Drainage

I completed level 2 of IAHE Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and have a working knowledge the lymphatic system and how to manually stimulate it.
