I hold certifications from The American Council on Exercise, Pilates, YogaFit, TRX Suspension Trainer, Licensed and Board Certified Massage Therapist, Hot Stone practitioner, Deep Feet Bar Therapy ~ Ashiatsu massage, and Gua Sha certified. I specialize in deep muscle therapy to ease tension, injury and help improve range of motion. My massage office is located at Tennis Addiction, a Tennis and Fitness facility 202 Philips Road, Exton, PA 19341. I have a passion for fitness and wellness including Tennis, Golf, Running, Cycling and my Family.
