My goal is to provide clients with an exceptional massage therapy experience every time and a session tailored to each individual's specific needs.
I am a graduate of Colorado School of Healing Arts and have obtained advanced training in multiple therapeutic modalities. I specialize in treating chronic aches and pain, injuries, and in working with athletic clients. A customized session with me may include elements of Swedish massage, aromatherapy, integrative massage techniques, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching, sports massage, and more.
I have made the Colorado mountains my home for the past 29 years and love being active and outdoors whenever possible. I've summited several 14ners and hiked an 80-mile section of the Colorado Trail. I am an animal lover and volunteer with a large animal rescue group in Jefferson County. The furry members of my family include two rescue dogs and two horses.
