After nearly 15 years as a social worker, I decided to pursue a lifelong interest in bodywork.  I began studying reflexology but quickly added massage.  I am now working on an orthopedic massage certification. I love working one on one with my clients to help them achieve overall health and wellness.  I particularly enjoy trigger point and deep muscle therapy work.
