Tom Spiros is Licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga teacher and athlete who has experience treating his own injuries as well as his clients. Pain relief, sciatica, frozen shoulder, headaches, TMJ, plantar faciitis, and a host of other physical symptoms. Tom grew up personally dealing with the effects of childhood rheumatoid arthritis, and spinal curvature. For much of his life he has been searching for treatments to alleviate his own physical pain. Creating a healthy lifestyle combining nutrition, exercise, and regular therapy has allowed him to live an active and chronic pain-free life. Tom lives in Chicago and is able to share and assist others with his knowledge and healing touch to also live a life of recovery, health and pain-free living.
